 Perfect Dark Zero review:
Perfect Dark Zero was the big game for the 360's launch and while it’s probably as good as the original Halo, it still doesn't stack up which shows just how much gaming standards have changed in the five years since the Xbox was released. RARE has done a decent job but there are better 360 games out there. Once the game drops a bit in price, then it is an almost must play.

Perfect Dark Zero review:
Back in a time when first person shooters were ruled by the personal computer, two groundbreaking titles showed that consoles were perfectly capable of taking that experience away from the PC and put it right onto living room televisions everywhere: Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Due to their partnership with Nintendo, Rare created both of these titles for the Nintendo 64. Not only did they both have an excellent single player mode, but some would say led the way for future games, such as Halo, to be the perfect activity to whip out when a group of your friends were over. Since the release of Perfect Dark, many of the developers that worked on the title left Rare to make their own design/development team (Free Radical Design), which left Rare with a well known franchise and no resources to create a sequel. This is why we’ve heard rumors of a new Perfect Dark title for awhile, but development really didn’t kick into high gear until Microsoft purchased Rare to develop exclusive Xbox content. So nearly five years after her initial outing, players now get the chance to see what made Joanna Dark into a killer secret agent with Perfect Dark Zero for the Xbox 360.

Perfect Dark Zero doesn’t revolutionize the genre and fans of the previous Perfect Dark game may remark that both are pretty similar but that doesn’t stop it from delivering in the gameplay department.
