Burnout Revenge review:
Burnout Revenge was first released for the Xbox ans PS2 in September 2005. More recently and with a few added features, better graphics and online downloadable content, Burnout Revenge made its way onto the Xbox 360. Following the success of Burnout 3 Takedown (my first Burnout experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed particularly for the crashing missions), Burnout Revenge is the perfect way to get back at those traffic jams that have made you waste hours of your life. - Didi Cardoso, Grrlgamer.com

Burnout Revenge review:
Oh, who am I kidding? It smashes them out of the way and reduces them to a smouldering pile of rapidly shrinking wreckage in the rear view mirror!

Burnout Revenge review:
The game is fast, crazy, gorgeous, and with the new modes for online play, a ton of time can be eaten up online and offline as well. Sim fans have Project Gotham, arcade fans now have a racer they can say can hold its own against it, and Burnout Revenge is that arcade racer. Buy it now! -- Brian Peterson

Burnout Revenge review:
The slightly sharper visuals and online enhancements just aren’t worth the extra $30. However, if you haven’t experienced Burnout before, then the 360 version is the perfect place to start. Author: Dale Kulas   aka: Gruel

Burnout Revenge review:
This past September, Criterion Games wowed arcade racer fans yet again with its fourth Burnout installment, Burnout Revenge, a title that truly pushed both the Xbox’s and PS2’s technical boundaries to the ultimate threshold. As eye-popping as the game was, this year Criterion has showcased its technical mastery when it comes to console game development more than ever before, first with the stunning achievement known as BLACK, and most recently the talented team’s first crack at the next generation with the release of the 360 mega-enhancement of Burnout Revenge.

It seems that revenge is a dish best served in next-gen high definition format.

Burnout Revenge review:
That said, if you somehow missed out on the game initially, this is definitely the one to get. Burnout Revenge is still not the equal of 2004's Burnout: Takedown, but it is a wonderfully visceral racing experience nonetheless.

Burnout Revenge review:
+ It's basically the same exact game, but in Burnout's case, that's not a bad thing.

Burnout Revenge review:
Here you'll find classic Burnout challenges spread over a huge number of worldly locations. Included in the race types are traffic attack (nail as much traffic as possible), burning lap (boost for the win), road rage (hit a certain amount of takedowns), eliminator (don't be in the bottom spot when the timer runs out), preview and grand prix race.

Burnout Revenge review:
The racing in Burnout Revenge is more intense than ever on the Xbox 360, but there's probably not enough new stuff here to get you hooked if you've played it elsewhere.
