That's part of the appeal of Winning Eleven. It might be tough as nails to master, but at least it doesn't leave you out on the deep end of the pool to drown. Ultimately, the gameplay experience is what has kept people coming back to the series, and it's strong enough here to overcome almost every other issue with the rest of the game.
