LMA Manager 2006 review:
Much of the time, though, you watch players collide, the defeated party in each head-to-head meeting of underlying attributes falling clumsily to the turf. No matter how sophisticated the background simulation may be, the performance of its representatives on the pitch regularly fails to engender willing suspension of disbelief. For a football management game, that's a pretty fatal shortcoming.
LMA Manager 2006 review:
It's not unfair on 'newbies' though - you can order club assistants to handle the finances and such, while you deal with organising matches and wooing sponsors. Now all that remains to be seen is whether LMA's magic will rub off on Sensible Soccer. It'll need it if it wants give FIFA a clout in its golden balls, after all.
