 The Sims 2 review:
EA has certainly made a lot of money from The Sims franchise. Not only did the original title become so successful that it spawned seven expansion packs (all of which are still being marketed), but also gave way to last year’s The Sims 2 for the PC along with its subsequent two expansions as well. Of course, EA didn’t want to exclude the consoles from this highly lucrative series which is why EA has finally ported The Sims 2 to home consoles.
