MLB '06: The Show review:   On the whole, MLB '06: The Show for PSP is a solid package that offers the authentic gameplay, intricate controls, slick visuals, and unflappable commentary that MLB fans crave. The lack of a real franchise mode and any sort of player editing options are the only significant knocks against what is otherwise a great baseball video game.

MLB '06: The Show review: It's like playing baseball on a pinball table, with all sorts of shiny objects to hit. Instead of regular innings, you get a timer. Great hits may lead to bonus time, while bonehead plays take ticks off the clock. It's only pitcher vs. batter, with an empty field; but the game simulates outs -- not that it matters, because there's no penalty besides the lost time.

MLB '06: The Show review: Despite not having a few of the features that its PS2 counterpart has, MLB '06: The Show for the PSP is a rock-solid baseball sim and a delight to the senses.
