Miami Vice review:
Unfortunately, these “extras” are the best part of the experience, because the game’s odd RE 4-style aiming mechanic (which forces you to be stationary while firing), oddly hyperactive enemies, and wonky character movement ultimately sink what could have been an overachieving PSP licensed game.
Miami Vice review:
Outside of the easy difficulty, and some drab environments, I cant find much fault with the title, much to my surprise. However, with the lack of any real reason to replay it once youre finished, and the fact its not going to take you long to get there, I definitely suggest renting before you buy. -- Dustin Chadwell
Miami Vice review:
Miami Vice The Game is a third-person action shooter set in present-day Miami. You will go deep undercover as narcotic officers Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs in the rich, glamorous and decadent world of Miami Vice, a place where badges don't count.
Miami Vice review:
Yes, it's bland, pick up and play fun that's simple to get into, but if you did ever find yourself picking it up for five minutes you'd probably have already seen all there is to it in that time. You'd shrug, say "it's a simple little shooter," put it back down, and know immediately that it's not a game you'd part cash for it; in harsh terms, that's perhaps all you need to know.

But does it all work as a whole, or are these other elements a bit extraneous to the whole affair? And will Miami Vice succeed where so many other movie tie-ins have failed? Well, for answers to those questions, you'll have to wait for our full review. In the meantime - all together now, "Pardy in the ciddy where the heat is awn..."Game InformationView Screenshots

It looks arcade-like; nothing more, nothing less. Also, in each level there is a hidden Flash RAM stick. Upon level completion, Crockett or Tubbs can take the RAM to the police station and hack it, which is a mini-game unto itself. They can either hack to gain upgrades, such as better equipment, or to get more information about the various drug barons whom they have gone undercover to bust.
