NFL Street 2 review:
While this review might lead you to believe otherwise, NFL Street 2 is a fun game – for a few hours. If you’re playing the series for the first time, the game is certainly better than the first NFL Street, but it still lacks replay value. Unfortunately, for veterans of the series, there’s so little new here that they might not even get a full weekend of enjoyment out of the game.
NFL Street 2 review:
EA Big is at it again, and this time, it’s with their hard-hitting NFL portion of the Street franchise. With the first NFL Street, we were taken straight to the alleys and gutters of the city, where we had to take on some of the toughest competition out there. Mixing up urban style with NFL athletes and over the top gameplay, the first title in the series proved to be a walloping success amongst gamers. Now, with NFL Street 2, EA Big hopes to capture the same essence with even bigger gameplay. While the sequel does pack more in terms of what to do, there is still this underlying feeling of dissatisfaction that can only be overcome by the most die-hard of football enthusiasts.
NFL Street 2 review:
NFL Street 2 is largely unchanged from the original. Back again is the NFL Challenge, where you have a limited amount of time to get a bunch of scrubs ready to play the pros, and the Pickup game, where you select a team from a random pool of players and then go at it. These stand alongside the new Own the City mode as the main ways to play.
