 Kessen II review:
Conclusion Kessen II might not be the most complex or challenging strategy game we've ever seen, but with a mixture of colourful graphics and easy to pick up gameplay it's perhaps a perfect fit for the PlayStation 2. Yes, the dialogue is exceptionally cheesy, the translations not always very good, and the cutscenes at times bizarre, but it's an entertaining and strangely involving game.

Kessen II review:
The character voices are fairly decent enough and serve their purpose well.Like certain genres, this may only appeal to those who live and breathe the genre. That is not to say that this wouldn’t be a good place for new-comers, quite the contrary. This may even draw players who wouldn’t usually play this type of game into it’s engaging world.
