Inuyasha: The Secret Of The Cursed Mask review:
With anime pretty much a household word these days, it’s only logical that even more video games based on popular series and movies make the trip over from Japan. 2004 has been quite a busy year on consoles with titles such as Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3, Yu Yu Hakusho: Dark Tournament, Shaman King: Power of Spirit, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and even Lupin III: Treasure of the Sorcerer King getting fans up off the couch and into their favorite game shop. Rumiko Takahashi’s half-demon warrior saga InuYasha, last seen in game form here as a PlayStation One fighter, now makes his PlayStation 2 debut in InuYasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask. The game is a turn-based RPG that’s not quite as spectacular as some bigger name titles in the genre, but it’s certainly got enough quality and length to keep fans of the series happy for quite a while.
