Dragon Ball Z Sagas review:
Most people should stay far away from Dragon Ball Z: Sagas. It's worth a rental if you want to get up to speed on the cartoon really fast. Otherwise, there are better beat-'em-ups out there. Certainly, there are better Dragon Ball games out there (see DBZ: Budokai 3).
Dragon Ball Z Sagas review:
Dragon Ball Z fans still recovering from sore digits after last year’s phenomenal entry, Budokai 3 now have another DBZ game from Atari to get the blisters growing, Dragon Ball Z Sagas. The game is an old-school sort of Action/RPG that while geared more toward younger players, does a fine job as a primer to the older cartoon series for anyone interested in learning some of the who’s, what’s, where’s and whys of the Z-Warriors. Loosely covering the Saiyan Saga through the Cell Games, the game offers up some large, linear 3D environments, plenty of simple to grasp fighting action, and a co-op play mode for two players. As this is the first DBZ game released for all three home consoles simultaneously, no fan who’s looking for this one should feel left out.
