 Dawn Of Mana review:
I was expecting more, especially since this was the upgraded Mana game, but it only showed me that it lacked in many areas its other installments faired better in. I would not recommend this game to any one outside of being a Mana fan, and the most I would suggest is maybe a week rental from the cheapest rental store you can afford.Come discuss this review on the ALLRPG Forums!-- Julia Neal

The Mana games are generally known for being good real-time/action RPGs. However Dawn of Mana does not do very well in comparison, and there are very little to no RPG elements in the game. Most people have come to know the Mana games as one of the best RPG series out there so hopefully this will be corrected in the next Mana title. -- Chris Laramie

Dawn Of Mana preview:
Beyond the standard video game method of "touching" enemies with sharp blades and blunt objects, we saw instance after instance in DoM of a chain-like weapon being used to cause rockslides, pull over trees, slam enemies into each other, etc. Whether there are more friendly interactions we're not sure, but it's certainly an interesting angle for a Japanese-developed action-RPG.
