 Keepsake review:
This is a tough recommendation because you have a really great start and a really great ending, but there is this mess in the middle I don’t want anybody to endure unless you are a glutton for puzzle punishment or don’t mind using the built-in hint system. If this is you, then definitely take this game for a spin.

It would've been nice if the map had set a marker where you were actually standing instead of just the general area you're in, since the camera-changes between screens can get confusing, but it's still better than nothing.

The adventure genre is not one I often play, generally due to the fact that aside from MMO's, I usually am a console girl. Anyway, this was something different from my usual fare and I decided to give it a try. My experience with Keepsake left me with mixed feelings.
The game takes place surrounding the events of a mage academy called Dragonvale that you, Lydia, are enrolled in. When you arrive at the academy, the grounds are empty and your best friend Celeste is no where to be found. As you explore the academy, you find clues and puzzles that help you find out what exactly happened. The first other, erm… person you come across is Zak, a wolf who claims to have been a dragon before students turned him into a wolf. It's obvious, and I mean OBVIOUS that he's hiding something and not telling you the whole story. - Megan Parker, Grrlgamer.com
