Far Cry review:
With little to no hype surrounding it, it's managed to beat out its FPS cousins Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 by months and has managed to produce an entertaining, lengthy (about 12 large levels) and esthetically pleasing gameplay experience.

Far Cry review:
Let me guess. All of you FPS fans have most likely been sitting around playing old games waiting for the big two (HL2 or Doom3) to be released for what seems like a very long time. If this describes you, and you haven’t looked into Far Cry yet, it’s about time.

Far Cry review:
Experiencing the environments of Far Cry alone is a reason to try it out. Storyline and game play are little above average at best, but it's well worth the money at the end of the day. To sum up my review, Far Cry really gives you a different aspect of gaming that has rarely been seen in the FPS genre.

Far Cry review:
Games are coming out at an alarming rate and most fade away just as fast. Rarely does a game come along that can stand the test of time and set a standard for games yet...

Far Cry review:
It will not only sell many copies, butit may spark the sale of new systems and video cards. Sure, I may beoverreacting to "just another game," so do not take my word for it. Ifyou have a system that can handle it, buy the title and see for yourself. Now,does anyone have a release date for Far Cry 2?

Far Cry review:
It's as if all Far Cry wants to be is a sub-Arnie run and gun, but all evidence to the contrary screams that the game is worth so much more than that. It doesn't ruin it, but the terrible voices do absolutely nothing to keep you interested in the storyline.

Far Cry review:
What do you get when you take a few islands, a mad scientist, a couple of CIA agents, and a charter boat captain and mix them all together? You get a tropical paradise gone wrong with bloodthirsty mercenaries and mutated monkey freaks stalking your every move while you try to find out what is really going on at these islands. That's basically the concept of Far Cry.
