Dungeon Lords review:
Dungeon Lords is what you get when you lack ambition and fail to invest any real effort into making your product enjoyable. It seems that Heuristic Park started with a few good ideas, then ran out of enthusiasm and decided to release whatever they had made so far: a barely finished, tedious and unimaginative alpha version of a game.

Dungeon Lords might rule over the realm of everything dungeon, but it definitely doesn't rule over the lands of quality gameplay. Find out why in our review.

Dungeon Lords review:
3 has just arrived with this feature). It's unlikely, though; that much can be done to fix the fundamentally awkward gameplay that ultimately brings it down. In the end, it turns out Dungeon Lords wasn't so much released before its time, as it was given up on in an admission that time had already long since passed it by.

Dungeon Lords review:
After hours spent on this third-person action RPG, I have finally decided I could not endure it any longer, so I opted to use trainers and cheats. I thought, "Well, yeah, the game is frustrating as all hell, but I'll make myself very powerful and I'll breeze through it," right? Wrong. That didn't work either. The damn trainers cannot help the invalid that is my elf character.

Dungeon Lords review:
Unfortunately this never really comes to pass. Perhaps, if given the chance, a sequel will be able to address the failings of this game in order to deliver the experience that is obvious the developers were so close to achieving.

Dungeon Lords review:
Dungeon Lords blends the depth of an epic Fantasy RPG with the flexibility of an FPS-style control system. Gamers journey through a land of ancient castles and dungeon lairs to engage in real-time tactical combat with a variety of deadly foes. It's not just about the battles though, as magic spells and hundreds of powerful weapons and artifacts play a huge role in the game.

Dungeon Lords review:
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this game to anyone except the most desperate action/RPG’er who has extreme patience for software that doesn't work very well. Heuristic Park has said a 1.2 patch is in the works and hopefully one beyond that. At some point, if they keep working on it, I might can go back and re-review the game and give it a final score post-patches.

Dungeon Lords review:
From Heuristic Park and DreamCatcher comes Dungeon Lords, a fantasy action-RPG for the PC penned and designed by D.W. Bradley. Both myself and Senior Editor Greg Wilcox were able to get our hands on a copy, and since we both had a pretty enjoyable time with the game we thought we’d have a little review discussion hitting on all the highs and lows this game has to offer. As you’ll come to find out, Dungeon Lords is a perfectly viable outlet for RPG fans of the hack-n-slash variety. However, it suffers from polish issues in a number of key areas that left us feeling that the game could’ve been so much more with a little extra work under the hood. Enough pitter-patter though, let’s get to the discussion.
