Big Mutha Truckers 2: Truck Me Harder review:
Like an unnatural crossbreeding between Hee-Haw and Crazy Taxi on crystal meth and "protein powder" shakes, Big Mutha Truckers 2: Truck Me Harder is a budget-priced title squarely geared at a particular audience who’ll appreciate its off-kilter country charm and bizarre characters more than anyone looking for a more serious game. While the sequel fixes a few of the issues found in the first game, it’s not exactly going to win over those folks thinking of picking this up to experience the actual life of a trucker. Unless you’re really open minded (or giggly drunk from a few too many shots), most of the attempts at humor here will come off as if the game were programmed in another country by folks trying a wee bit too hard to be funny. Thing is, this is actually the case and it doesn’t help matters any that this one mines nearly every possible white-trash stereotype you could possibly think of within its first half hour or so.
