 Wario World review:
The major thing that makes this game different is that it does in fact have an added 3rd dimension. This "depth" to the game is very limited and takes a little bit of getting used to. Before I spoil all the fun, let me tell you a little bit about the story. Wario taking out some enemies by swinging a statue around.

Final Impressions I still don't like Wario, but I really enjoyed his latest excursion for the GCN. Weighing in at 6-10 hours, the game is short. However, veteran gamers will enjoy coming back to Wario World time and time again for the great graphics, sound and gameplay. It's a nostaliga trip in many ways, but still provides countless hours of fun!

Wario World review:
Everything looks like Mario Sunshine gone dark, and the eminently listenable soundtrack matches it with its eerie, wacka-wacka tunes that sound a bit like Mario inverted. Heck, Wario World even manages a likeable main character whose catchphrases and repertoire really aren't that funny when you think about it.

Wario World preview:
To me it seems to Shiguru Miyamoto has finally gone insane.The game was originally coming out for Christmas but, as you can tell, it has been pushed back, and is now slated for a Quarter 1, 2003 release in the USJust as an after thought, if the Monsters are made out money, will the final boss be Bill gates? Just a thought...©

Wario World review:
By holding the player’s hand and ignoring the meaning of “Game Over”, the team has stabbed its own level and boss designs in the back. By neglecting to set any additional goals upon the short game’s completion, Nintendo has provided no reason to own this title. Don’t buy Wario World for $50, $40 or even $30. I love Wario, but this game is barely worth a rental.

Realistically though, it’s an excellent move. I mean, who wants to be the first to make a bad Nintendo game? In Wario World, Treasure has embraced both the character and GameCube technology with total confidence. Even better, they’ve fearlessly travelled back in time, rescuing all the things that made platform games great to provide the black of heart with a thoroughly wicked time.
