+ Has over 20 unlockable characters and plenty of melee stages to unlock.+ $20+ The melee game can be somewhat fun, battling against three other friends in different scenarios.- Graphics and animation seem to be drawn on the basic level- no real pizzazz here.- Sound is below average, with typical rock tunes and sound effects. Voice samples, once again, are horrendous.

The uninspired music, the trite voice acting, the horrible gameplay, and the lack of challenge makes this one of the worst titles in the Ninja Turtle series. There is only one thing that Konami can do to redeem themselves in the next game--hidden character: Vanilla Ice. Go ninja!
