Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast review: The game is driven by the usual (solid gameplay, sound, and visuals), but this title seems to keep us going longer than most and a lot of that has to do with the multi-faceted approach to the action and the puzzles that are always awaiting the gamer at every turn. The game loses steam in the second half, though. Still a fine game for SW fans looking for something different. Best version is PC.

If you’re looking for the best Star Wars game on the GameCube, it’s a toss up between Rouge Leader and this, and you should choose depending on which genre you prefer. A bad port, but the games good qualities shine through if you keep playing. A good romp in the ageless Star Wars universe.©
