R: Racing Evolution review: Licensed cars, of course, have magic powers of invincibility and everlasting shininess; because the licensers would doubtlessly not have their cars appear any other way. R is a solid racing sim with true innovative features, to boot. It's fun to play, and Event mode has enough to keep one busy for quite a while.

R: Racing Evolution review: R: Racing Evolution is the latest in Namco’s fairly successful Ride Racer series. In this installment, the developers attempted to incorporate more realistic racing elements alongside the franchise’s proven arcade-style action. Unfortunately, this setup fails miserably – making R: Racing a letdown in both arcade and sim racing. The game does have some redeeming factors, however, such as tight control and crisp graphics.
