Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection review:
For an anniversary edition, Namco's latest compilation just rehashes some of the classics, and doesn't bother with anything else.
Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection review:
Namco reigned supreme over arcades of old, and they show off their historical library in a 50th anniversary collection.
Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection review:
+ Happily packs hours of retro gameplay, including the long-lost Rolling Thunder and Dragon Spirit games.+ Value priced at $20.+ Decent emulation of all the games, and a neat menu system surrounded by a virtual arcade and 80's tunes.- Lacking in some presentation terms, as it has zero developer clips or behind-the-scenes goodies.
Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection review:
For a compilation celebrating an illustrious 50 years in existence, the Namco Museum 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection sure doesn’t seem to recognize the auspicious occasion with any of the jubilation you’d expect in honor of such an important milestone. Following a week after the impressive Namco Museum Battle Collection hit the PSP, this Anniversary Collection for the three current consoles (plus a lesser GBA version and a PC version upcoming) doesn’t even hold a candle to NMBC with its fewer games, no cool remakes and absolutely no bonus content or features, which makes me wonder if Namco accidentally mislabeled the two titles.
