Metroid Prime review:
The environments are exactly how you would have imagined they should be, if you are a fan of the series. To be able to bring it to life as Retro did, is quite an accomplishment. In my opinion this game is a buy. Go out trade some games in and own the first real good Gamecube game. Hopefully this is the beginning of more quality games to come.Zelda anyone?

Metroid Prime review:
There is really just so much to do. Plus with all the upgrades and secrets to discover you will just be hooked until everything is done. It is really sort of hard to pick out the bad points of this game because really this it is just...well...stunning! A must buy for all GameCube owners.

Metroid Prime review:
More than any other facet of the game, the Morph Ball took my wildest and most demanding expectations and trounced all over them. By now it should be clear that Metroid Prime is a classic game. Casual gamers, hardcore gamers, and Metroid fans alike will be utterly delighted with what Retro Studios and Nintendo have achieved. This is a must-buy if ever I’ve seen one.

Metroid Prime review:
There you have it. Unless you have an unfortunate aversion to the first person viewpoint, you owe it to yourself to put Metroid Prime on the very top of your wish list. This game is easily worth buying a GameCube for. It’s the best game I’ve played in years and it might just be my favorite game of all time.

Metroid Prime review:
Metroid Prime is one of the best looking and fun games ever developed, and will forever be remembered in the halls of video game history. Don’t commit the crime of missing this game, because you will forever regret it. There are a few games in this world that deserve the title of “classic”, and this is one of them. Overall (not an average): 9.7

Metroid Prime review:
Prime is a shining example of a conversion of a classic 2D series to fully fledged 3D brilliance, and will consume you into a world of discovery and growth, if you only let it.

Metroid Prime review:
I had doubts when Nintendo not only handed over the development of what has been said to be the best series of all time to an untested second-party developer, but also allowed them to completely change the genre; everybody did. Retro worked very hard to squash those doubts, and it shows. Prime stays very true to the series' roots. After playing the game I can safely say that a FPS was the correct choice and is a logical extension of the 2D games. Metroid Prime really feels like Super Metroid in 3D.
