Donkey Konga review:
Nintendo's 800-pound gorilla Donkey Kong has been recruited for many treacherous adventures over the years, but in Donkey Konga for the Game Cube, he may face his most daunting challenge yet. - Michelle Thurlow, Grrlgamer.com

Donkey Konga review:
I also think it is worth the few extra dollars to get an extra set of bongos (The game comes with 1 set already and additional ones are $29.99-$34.99). It makes it that much more fun. You could even try to convince your friends to spring for the other set or two and I guarantee you'll have a blast. In conclusion, Donkey Konga = good.

Donkey Konga review:
Donkey Konga is the sort of game that attracts attention. If you were playing it in a dorm room with your door open, a crowd of people would gather. Faster, if you have more drums. It’s just that sort of title. The clapping helps. As many of you might’ve heard, Donkey Konga is a drumming rhythm title from the fine folks at Namco and Nintendo.

Donkey Konga review:
You can order Donkey Konga through our partners at Video Game Depot. While not an entirely original idea, at least we finally have a fun and addictive music game for GameCube. The genre’s been almost non-existent on Nintendo platforms, and perhaps Donkey Konga will prompt Sega or Konami to start bringing their own games to GameCube as well. Discuss it in Talkback!

Donkey Konga review:
Donkey Konga does manage to pull in those who normally wouldn’t play a rhythm game, and its smooth difficulty curve is responsible for this casual appeal. Nintendo and Namco have done an outstanding job at crafting a rhythm game that will appeal to gamers of almost all skill levels. It also makes an exceptional multiplayer title to just sit back and have fun with.

Donkey Konga review:
PS2 games such as EyeToy and Singstar have been hogging the limelight. Now the time has come for Nitendo to try, but is a funny controller and a 500 pound monkey enough to win over the crowd?

This rudimentary gameplay works on the strength of its simplicity. If you can knock on a door, you can play this game.

Donkey Konga review:
Donkey Kong's back, in a rhythmical extravaganza. Can it rival Dancing Stage? Or does it hit some bum notes? Tom grabs some bongos and goes to investigate.

Donkey Konga review:
Over the past twelve months we've seen an explosion in the number of peripherals for the top three console systems. Microsoft and Sony decided that Karaoke was the way to go, with the latter bringing a much better product to market and in turn better market share. Nintendo until now had kept a bit quiet on the issue, but considering their philosophy behind the company, it was not going to be long until they came up with something new and unique to keep their fanbase happy and perhaps lure even more people to the little gaming box. That unique game is Donkey Konga and while we may have some sore shoulders after giving it a lengthy play test, it is quite an enjoyable game. The only worry we have is the replay value.

Donkey Konga review:
Rhythm games seem to be becoming ever more popular with the growth in the dance mats etc, and of course who can forget the maraca shaking Samba di Amigo a few years back on the Dreamcast. Anyway, Donkey Konga is a long overdue game featuring gameplay via bongos; offering a new type of rhythm game by getting down and dirty with the jungle beats.

Donkey Konga review:
It's been a while since we have seen our big furry friend named Donkey Kong on the consoles. Donkey Kong has been a mascot for Nintendo just about as long as Mario, if not longer. The character has been made into some great adventures and is now going on a different type of adventure this time. This time Donkey Kong is ready to get his groove on in Donkey Konga for the Gamecube.
