Well, Bowser has managed to kidnap Princess Peach once again, but this time in another dimension. While games like Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour (GCN), Mario Golf: Advance Tour (GBA), and Mario Tennis (Nintendo 64) actually deal with the sport indicated by their title, Mario Pinball Land is a little different.

If you have excellent pinball control and love going for high scores, you will probably like Mario’s short but respectable pinball game. If you appreciated the occasional video pinball game in the genre’s heyday, despite your lack of skill, you’ll probably find Mario Pinball Land amusing despite its flaws. Either way, this game is too short for a $30 purchase.

Over the years, Mario's done a lot of different things. He's jumped on hundreds of platforms, been sucked through thousands of tubes, played golf, tennis and gone racing in tiny go-karts. Mario Pinball Land marks his move into the world of pinball gaming, and while Mario Pinball Land is one of the most visually impressive Gameboy Advance titles on the market, the game behind the visual pizzazz isn't solid or lengthy enough to really justify the asking price.
