Final Fantasy IV Advance review: If you already own the original version of this game, the improvements and extra missions offered here warrant some hardcore consideration. This game is definitely worth it.

Final Fantasy IV Advance review: This particular Final Fantasy is one of my favorites, and I plan on playing through it many times over in the future. Final Fantasy IV Advance even outshines the PS one version of the game found in the Final Fantasy Anthologies collection, for the simple reason of no load times! Bottom line, if you are a fan of the genre, this game is one for your collection. -- Chris Laramie

Final Fantasy IV Advance review: The music is excellent from Noboo Uematsu, the master of the FF soundtracks all these years. This was the first title in the U.S. that showed what he was made of. FFVI and FFVII would add to his legend. In the final analysis, this is a game all RPG fans will enjoy, but to what degree is unknown.

Final Fantasy IV Advance review: It adds a sense of real-time danger to the combat, giving fights a faster, more chaotic feeling. For a 14 year-old game, the interface is surprisingly advanced and easy to use. There are also a lot of nicely designed towns and dungeons with fun secrets to find. FF4 remains an extremely breezy, enjoyable RPG.
