Sprung - The Dots EditionWhat do I have to add about Sprung?Cone got it all wrong. This isn't a game about dating. It is a game made for women; a game that is all about analyzing situations and manipulating them to come out your way. The fact of the matter is that I beat the game in a few hours and Cone did not. Why? I am woman, watch me manipulate.

Sprung review:
In one single swoop of a stylus, Sprung marred the thought of dating sims and actual dating at once. Congratulations, you lemon of a game -- it's the only thing you managed to do right.
Sprung review:
There isn’t much of a game here, merely a set of choices, where by trial and error you eventually reach the end and win. The same concept has survived for nearly 20 years in a little game called Dragon’s Lair, and it works just as well with the text-only Sprung. As long as you know what to expect you shouldn’t be disappointed.
Sprung review:
Dialogue can be chosen with the touch-screen, but it's faster and more convenient to just use the control pad. Only someone who hates comedy could dislike this game. Seriously. If you delight in the absurd and can take a good sassing from the sassiest game to ever sass a sassee, then buy it. Oh good lord, buy it, buy it now.

Ubi Soft are the first ones to release a game of this “Dating Sim” genre in the United States, SPRUNG gives you the chance to choose a male of female character and go on a ski trip. On this trip you have to do things such as hooking up with friends, you do this using dialogue trees. The dialogue trees make up 100% of the gameplay and are the games greatest strength and weakness.
Sprung review:
An average game. If you like this particular series or this genre, perhaps you may enjoy it and consider it much higher. Most likely just worth a short rental if you're bored.
