The Rub Rabbits review:
A similar mould as the quirky Feel the Magic, get ready for a fairly confusing plot involving a slew of mini-games, most of which aren't that exciting at all.

The Rub Rabbits review:
The Rub Rabbits is developer Sonic Team's follow up to the date-centered Nintendo DS launch title Feel the Magic XY/XX released in late 2004. In this iteration of the franchise, the game's new protagonist is gadding about the mall when he spies a beauty heading up the stairs and instantaneously finds love on a escalator. - Michelle Thurlow, Grrlgamer.com

The Rub Rabbits review:
That's the rub, though. (no pun intended) Even though The Rub Rabbits is leaps and bounds over its predecessor, and weaves a unique tale with amazing style and grace...playing the game will give any Feel the Magic vet a fit of deja vu. -- Tony Barrett

The Rub Rabbits review:
Getting the girl is never easy, especially when competing against 12 other rivals. The hero must not only battle his rivals but also win the affection of his love interest, and that's just the beginning of his troubles! The Rub Rabbits! offers over 35 chapters in Story Mode.

The Rub Rabbits review:
Sega’s Feel the Magic: XY/XX was one of the few launch titles that truly demonstrated the type of unique gameplay experiences that only the DS was capable of providing, but even so the game, or compilation of mini-games I should say, didn’t feel completely finished. Now hopping onto the scene to fulfill the missed potential is The Rub Rabbits, Sonic Team’s Feel the Magic sequel that is very much the same as its predecessor in terms of core gameplay and memorably stylized presentation, yet has been beefed up in all the right areas to surpass its former incarnation in nearly every possible way.

The Rub Rabbits review:
If you have not played Feel The Magic yet, then start there. It’s cheaper, just as good, and will prepare you for this. If you’ve played through that sucker already and want some more, then buying The Rub Rabbits! is your only solution. Author: Jared Thorbahn   aka: thorbahn3

The Rub Rabbits review:
It’s silly, strange and possibly psychotic, but it’s our silly, strange and possibly psychotic. You’ll criticise it, maybe even question its validity as a complete game, but you damned well won’t put it down before you’ve finished it. It’s marvellous.

The Rub Rabbits review:
Rub Rabbits! makes a valiant effort to fix that problem with roughly ten more mini-games than before, but a dedicated player will still be able to plow through them all in a couple of hours. The fact that the mini-games seem a bit easier than their predecessor's doesn't help much, either. Like before, though, there is a harder mode that opens up once you beat the game.
