The story focuses on Phoenix Wright, a spiky-haired attorney straight out of law school who quickly finds himself in the middle of court cases scandalous enough to make Michael Jackson blush. The overarching plot involves the relationship between Phoenix and his undead boss, Mia.

It really feels like a modern-day text-adventure. During the investigative stages, you move between different locations, searching around the screen for clues and talking to witnesses. Once the trial begins, you listen to witness testimony, cross examine them, and present evidence that will punch holes in their testimony, thus weakening the prosecutor's argument.

It's like being cuddled by fun.Unavailable in this useless, stinking country, it can be imported from the States. And if you've a spark of joy at the gleefully daft within you, you'll do so. Now I only have to learn Japanese so I can play the others in the series.
